A replacement spring cartridge for the boiling/filtered water handle of Franke Omni and Instante Version 1, 4-in-1 boiling water taps.
This allows the handle to 'self-close' when let go.
PLEASE NOTE: This is only suitable for Franke Omni V1. Your tap is a V1 if your handle has a "100°C" and thermometer printed on it for the boiling water function. Please call us on 01603 875 468 if you would like a part for your Omni V2.
Important note.
The correct use of the boiling water handle is NOT to let it spring closed but to manually place it back in the upright position. The spring closing action should only be used in an emergency if the main flow of boiling water needs to be stopped quickly. You may then need to manually adjust it to stop any dripping.
The lever is NOT designed to re-centre itself in the OFF position
when released.
