  • My tap has a permanent drip from the tip of its spout+

Unfortunately, the original Mini tap was retired in 2011 and we cannot provide spare parts for it.  However, you can purchase a replacement FilterFlow Mini tap, which is available in both chrome and silk steel finishes.  It’s very simple to install and will fit in the same hole as your old Mini tap.  The tap’s shank also has the same thread size as its predecessor, so you will be able to connect it to you existing filter system, too.  No other parts will be required.

  • There is water leaking from the base of the spout of my tap+

  • I can’t open my tap’s filter housing+

Firstly, check the water is shut off and that the filtered water has been run to release water pressure. If this does not work, it is likely there is an air blockage in the system. Re-open the water supply to the filter, turn the filtered water lever or handle to the ‘on’ position and leave it running. Now shut-off the water under the sink and the housing should open.

  • There is a leak around the top and body of my filter cartridge’s housing+

A leak on the top or down the body of the housing is caused by wear on the O ring/seal at the top of the housing.

  • There is a leak around the base of my filter cartridge housing+

Occasionally, newer housing models may leak from the base. In this case, you will need a new sump (the lower section of the cartridge housing). Please call or email the FilterFlow Customer Support team for further assistance.

  • There is water leaking from the green or blue inlet and outlet hoses of my cartridge housing+

If there is water leaking from the green or blue hose where they connect to your cartridge housing this is normally due to wear and tear on the O ring inside the outlet and it will need to be replaced.
